Please read to following points carefully, proceeding with a sale is deemed on the basis that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Here's the legal stuff:

1. Minimum purchase is £5.00 (100 pixels, ie. a 10x10 pixel block) and the maximum purchase is whatever is left unsold.
|

2. If your image and link are accepted and published on the grid you cannot get a refund.
|
|
3. When you purchase pixels you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the grid, but you do not own any part of the site, only the right to advertise here.
I plan to run the site for 5 years, so you are paying to advertise until October 2010. I will hopefully stay live far beyond that date. |

4. I reserve the right to decide what is appropriate for our web site. If I reject your image or link, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your intended advert space. No porn or offensive sites or sites that promote hatred, racism and anything illegal will be allowed.

5. If in the future you want your image and link removed from the grid, you may, but you will not get a refund and the space will become available for resale.

|
6. Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 1 block at 10x10 pixels, 2 blocks at 20x10 pixels).
|
|
7. Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared, I will get your image online as soon as possible.
|
|
8. I will endeavour to keep server downtime to a minimum.

Payments are accepted by PayPal or cheque in increments of £5.00
|
Once you have paid for your pixels, please email pixels@bigbenpixels.co.uk with the following 6 items:
1 - Your image advert for the tower. Save and attach as a GIF of JPEG (must be the correct size). No animated GIFs.
Don't forget, for example, if you plan to buy one block and earn a free block by linking back, you'll need a 20x10 or 10x20 image. Link backs will be checked and monitored.
2 - Your 150x75 hover image. Save and attach as a GIF of JPEG (must be the correct size). No animated GIFs.
3 - Your intended position (i.e. "12 blocks across, 5 blocks down") and feel free to add any description that helps identify the position.
Click here and view the Help Grid image to assist in identifying the position you want.
Counting rows down are straight forward, it's row 1 down to row 246 inclusive.
For blocks across, always count visible blocks across from the left and don't include background blocks in your count.
4 - Your target website URL. (e.g. http://www.mysite.com)
5 - Your website name and/or description, maximum 50 characters (it displays in the Link List section)
6 - State your payment method.

The pixels are sold in 10x10 pixel blocks for £5 each, so please ensure you order the correct quantity of blocks when completing the order process.
If you don't have a PayPal account, you can click the button and select to sign up for an account when you are taken to the PayPal secure website.
Signing up is straight forward and secure, and you can link your PayPal account to a wide range of credit/debit cards. If you didn't already know, having a PayPal account is very useful for eBay!
